Ltd Edition Prints & Unlimited Prints from My Original Illustrations
Longevity of prints / printing process, paper quality and weight
All my Ltd Edition Prints are Glicee prints in runs of #/295, signed and numbered by hand by me, the artist..
Ltd Edition Prints are printed on acid-free, museum/archive quality - (Hahnemühle Photo Rag®
Matt FineArt smooth 308 gsm, 100% Cotton, white 308gsm paper). This paper is beautiful to the touch and great for holding colour.
Unlimited Edition Prints are also Glicee prints so should last very well (100 years under indoor conditions)
However, unlimited edtiion print are NOT signed, and are printed on less expensive and lighter paper. (180gsm).
Sizing: is approximate to A4 and A3
Ltd edition prints include a plain paper margiin where the artist signs and numbers each piece by hand. Unlimited edition prints are NOT signed and the print area may vary: going off the page, or leaivng margins subject to the design.

Refunds
Sorry I am not able to offer FULL refunds, but if you don't like your Ltd Edition Print when you receive it, please return it within 30 days and I'll refund the cost of the print
minus the cost of postage, packaging and handling. (these will be itemeised and calculated on a case by case basis). I've done my best to represent a true image of the print you will receive. Please order carefully.
What to expect of the Ltd Edition Artwork
All care is given to give an accurate feeling of the print you will buy via the website.
However, pictures printed on the paper and those you see on your computer screen
will vary to some extent. This is partly to do with the individual settings of your particular computer screen.
It is also because computer screen images reach our eyes, because of LIGHT from behind the image,
whereas our eyes mix light on the surface of printed artworks from the front.
So far, beta testers have reported that they preferred the printed image to the digital image on the website.
This was due both to the feel of the paper, and the quality of the print.
Colour intensity, cropping, borders, framing and size availability and other factors are all carefully considered for each print run.
Working with my printer, testing for ink/paper combinations and making all the above decisions takes time and creativity and has been an important part of the process.
